The more detail you can share on the call, the more accurately we can scope the job and give you a useful rate. It helps to know:

• What the problem is and where in the home or building it is happening
• Whether the issue is active right now or something that has been building over time
• The type of property: single-family home, rental unit, multi-unit building, or commercial space
• Whether you have already turned off the water or taken any steps to manage the situation
• Any relevant history, such as a repair that was done previously or a problem that keeps coming back

You do not need to have all of this figured out before you call. We ask the questions and work through it with you.

What Happens After You Call

Getting your plumbing problem handled starts with a quick call. Here is what to expect from that first conversation:

1. We ask about the problem, the property, and any details that help us understand the scope of the job.
2. We give you a rate on the phone and explain exactly what it covers.
3. We confirm the appointment and let you know what to expect from the visit.
4. A licensed plumber comes out, assesses the situation, and handles the work.
5. When the job is done, we leave your home clean and dry.

If the scope changes once the plumber is on site and something unexpected comes up, we explain what we found and confirm the updated price before any additional work begins.
